About You

You’re ready to move your organization’s DEI
beyond piecemeal efforts to sustained, organized action.

And like so many other small businesses, nonprofits and agencies, you’re faced with more passion than capacity. DEI is not getting the time or resources you know it deserves, because everyone is already juggling so many responsibilities.

You want step-by-step plans, tools and direct guidance from a DEI leader. Your strategy has to fit within your budget, time + capacity constraints, and organizational goals.

As a small business ourselves… mmhmm, we get it! That’s why, after years of bringing transformative DEI to fellow small-yet-mighty teams, we created Sojourn — for orgs like yours.

Sojourn's Story

Our team at LTHJ Global designed the Sojourn platform out of a mixture of insight, love, and determination (also known as ‘sheer stubbornness’).

We kept meeting & working with countless small teams who were uniquely inspired and suited to truly embed anti-oppression DEI principles into their cultural norms and policies, to lead real progress toward a more equitable working world.

Yet time and time again, those small, highly committed teams couldn’t realistically dedicate the necessary time & budget to make sustained changes with full consultant support for an ongoing strategic plan.

We didn’t let that stop us. Instead, we asked what they needed – and we made it. Sojourn is born of our love for these people, and for the future of work we’re forging together.

Sojourn is a brand new kind of DEI Information System (DEIIS) platform. Its web-based app interface brings organizational culture leaders the step-by-step plans, tools and consultant guidance to create a more Diverse, Equitable and Inclusive (DEI) culture that evolves with them.

We love transparent pricing too! Sojourn is available in two tiers – Freemium and Subscription. A single user subscription to Sojourn is $149 USD / month. All the details are right over here on our Pricing page.

The Sojourn DEI Journey Audit for a single user contains 20 questions about your organization’s measurable DEI initiatives. These questions are presented within the I – We – Us Model which has been proven highly effective at helping small to mid-size organization leaders implement the essential steps for understanding and foundationally building an evolving DEI culture.

Please note: This is a high-level audit based on one person’s input. The DEI Journey Audit is not built to comprehensively assess and make recommendations on the subjective aspects of an organization’s DEI journey. The DEI Journey Audit is a great starting point to determine the next best steps to ensure your organization is aligning its actions with its values.

Taking the Sojourn DEI Journey Audit (single user) will produce a unique report with your suggested Sojourn Workpaths to create a more diverse, equitable and inclusive culture with your team.

We like where your head is at! The next version of Sojourn will include an organizational license which will allow you to lead your entire team’s DEI journey from within the platform. Sojourn is currently a robust experience for one culture leader who is primarily responsible for leading a small organization’s DEI work.
